When I click "Shutter", it keeps take a blank picture... Do you know why? And how I can solve this? :(

May i know are you switch on your webcam well?
Or maybe ur background are too shine?
These will cause you take a blank picture :)

i have solved the problem hehe ^^ actually because my computer couldn't read chinese alphabet so that caused some problem in saving picture but once i change my folder it works ^^
