Fettuccine al pesto con fish/teriyaki chicken 奶油青醬魚肉/日式照燒雞 意大利面


材料:Fettuccine義大利面、蒜頭3瓣、魚肉、九層塔或巴西葉、Campbell奶油蘑菇白醬
Ingredients:Fettuccine,Garlic 3pieces,Fish,Basil,Campbell Mushroom cream


因爲超級想念青醬的味道,馬來西亞和新加坡幾乎找不到現成的青醬
所以只好上網尋找青醬的做法
我有稍微改了一點材料的部分,但味道一抹一樣!
以後不怕吃不到青醬了~哈哈哈哈
Can't tell you how I miss the Pesto so much and it really hard to find ready-made in Malaysia&Singapore
so,the only way i can do is: Google it on internet!
Even i hav change some ingredient but still taste good
that means,i can eat Pesto anytime in future,hahaha

開始咯!
Start!

1.把義大利面煮熟,過冰水讓麵條有彈性,放在一旁備用
1.Boiled the Fettucine and filter it with ice water for keep the fettucine springy,set aside

2.搗碎 九層塔 或 巴西葉,如果你有攪拌器就更方便了~
2.Quashing the Basil,it will be easier if u have blended



3.加入蒜頭,繼續搗碎成粘稠狀,放在一旁備用
3.add in the garlic and keep quashing till it look sticky,set aside too.


4.把魚肉煮熟,然後把魚皮和魚肉很開,只用魚肉的部分
4.boiled the fish and separate the meat with fishskin,i just use the meat only


5.Campbell奶油蘑菇白醬裏加入少量的水,攪拌均勻後就可以開始加熱
5.added some drinking water in Campbell Mushroom cream,mix it and heating then


6.加熱至有泡泡出現,加入剛剛搗碎的 羅勒,然後輕輕攪拌均勻,就變成青醬了!
再次起泡泡後,把魚肉加入,攪拌。
把青醬淋在剛剛燙熟的義大利面上,就大功告成啦!
6.heating till you can see the bubbles then mix in the basil which we quashed just now and stir it lightly.
Look,it become Pesto already!!!
when you see the bubbles again,mix the fish.
Pour the Pesto on the Fettuccine and is DONE!!!

    羅勒 aka 九層塔 或 巴西葉
    cook mee hun kuey is another~
    and 薄荷 is Mint not Basil...adui...
    taste like 九層塔+mushroom cream lor,hahahahahaha.

    有雷茶的味道,不错~
    不过我的酱味道还不够咸,水放太多了吧
    我用三层肉煮,味道很香
    下次可以试试看哦!

    都吃雞肉和魚肉~
    牛肉羊肉完全不碰,哈哈哈
